I am displaying my previous portfolio of work I did in the past and will be sharing new projects as well. However, I think it’s important to show how far I’ve come and what I’m doing today in my business.
Friends, as you may know, I only recently started this blog, so I’d like to start by saying that due to the poor quality of the photographs I shot with my disposable cameras back in the day, lol. On my portfolio page, I’m not going to show any of the rooms I designed in my early days as a designer. However, I am displaying my previous portfolio on my blog because all of my projects and clients are extremely important to me. I’m asking ahead of time. Please don’t take it personally.
Meanwhile, new designs based on high-quality photography are in the works. So, keep an eye out.
Today I’m reflecting on my first bathroom, which I created myself, and it was, of course, my very own. This bathroom was completed over 15 years ago, and my style was quite different at the time. My beauty aesthetics, however, were all the same as they are today.
As a starting point, have a look at this bathroom from my previous portfolio.
It’s a traditional and inviting space. Although the photo’s resolution isn’t ideal, you can still get a sense of the bathroom’s style and decor.

This bathroom is classic and features all of the essential bathroom features.
The wall tile was an Octagon 12 in. x 12 in. x 6 mm Ceramic Mosaic Floor and Wall Tile. Back then, however, they were simply known as floor tiles. I thought I was being very creative by putting it on the wall. When you’re a designer, you get excited when you can use something in a new way.
I was walking around, telling everyone that I had used a floor tile for the wall and that the wall tile was on the floor. I thought that was the best thing ever. Wow, how much we learn over time. It’s so funny. I guess the world of tile makers finally caught on that you can use it any way you like.

I had nearly forgotten how much time and effort I had invested into this bathroom. In addition, I installed the wallpaper in this restroom. I was the one who wallpapered the walls.

It’s hard to realize this isn’t wallpaper at all; instead, it’s scrapbooking paper. Anyway, I used Decopage adhesive to mount it, then polyurethane to seal it, and presto!

I was in love with all of the bath essentials at the time. For example, the towels, shower curtains, and even the candles on the table.

This is a photo of the tiled tub, which I just adore. It was referred to as a floor tile at the time, but I thought it would look better on the walls. I actually utilized the wall tile on the floor, which you can’t see in this shot. Anyway, it all worked out in the end.

This bathroom was completed in 2005 and I believe it has withstood the test of time. Furthermore, you now know how old some of my portfolio work is, haha.

Conclusion
Friends, I’m so glad you decided to stop by my blog and travel back in time with me. I’m displaying my previous portfolio, and it’s humbling for me to see how far I’ve come Please. Return to check the most recent and updated portifoloio to see how far I’ve progressed. Until we meet again,
xoxo
